Food Vendor Inquiries
Each year we select our food vendors from a pool of qualified applicants. We use a two tiered pricing structure that distinguishes between smaller, specialty food vendors and vendors who need larger spaces and have more varied menus.  Download the 2017 Food Vendor Information & Application here:

SolarFest 2017 Food Vendor Application

ALL food vendors are subject to these guidelines.  Returning food vendors in good standing will receive preference only if their application and required paperwork are received within the stated guidelines.

Non-Food Vendors / Exhibitors
Outdoor booths are available in two sizes: 10′ x 10′ or 10′ x 20′, with a limited number of indoor table spaces available.

This year we are offering a limited number of exhibition spaces to qualified artisan vendors and non-profit organizations. Artisan vendors, including retailers of crafts, jewelry, apparel, and health & beauty products that are offered for sale at SolarFest, receive a discount of 30%, while informational non-profit booths receive a discount of 65% on the cost of the exhibition space.

Download the 2017 Vendor-Exhibitor Information & Application form below. Please review the information carefully; we encourage you to sign up early. If you are interested in an indoor table space, early registration is even more important. Inside spaces are allocated to sponsors first and then on a first come, first served basis.
