Food Vendor Inquiries
Each year we select our food vendors from a pool of qualified applicants. We use a two tiered pricing structure that distinguishes between smaller, specialty food vendors and vendors who need larger spaces and have more varied menus.  Download the 2016 Food Vendor Information & Application here:

Revised Food Vendor Application

ALL food vendors are subject to these guidelines.  Returning food vendors in good standing will receive preference only if their application and required paperwork are received within the stated guidelines.

Non-Food Vendor/Exhibitors
Download the Vendor/Exhibitor Information & Application below. Please review the information carefully; we encourage you to sign up early. Booths are available in two sizes: 10′ x 10′ or 10′ x 20′, with a special rate for non-profit organizations. If you are interested in an inside space, early registration is even more important. Inside spaces are allocated to sponsors first and then on a first come, first served basis.

Non-Food Vendor-Exhibitor Application
