Places to Stay

SolarFest will take place on July 10, 11 & 12, 2009 at Forget-Me-Not Farm in Timmouth, Vermont. There are a number of places to stay nearby, from camping to B & B's & hotels.

Please note: NO DOGS , except working guide dogs, on campus! We cannot emphasize this enough: please leave your dogs at home as we don't want them left in cars on a hot summer day. Also for safety's sake, please bring no glass.

On-Site Camping

There is free primitive walk-in camping in the woods at Forget-Me-Not Farm (this area is close to the parking lot -- no putting up tents next to your car). There will also be "Car and RV Camping" available in a field adjacent to the festival for $20 for the weekend (beginning on Friday evening for those who have reserved their camping space in advance). There will be port-a-potties and we plan to have solar-heated showers available for campers. There are no RV hook-ups. No dogs or glass , please. Working guide dogs permitted.

Off-Site Camping

Check campvermont.com for a full range of camping options in the region and throughout the state, including State Parks and private campgrounds. Options range from primitive sites accessible only by boat, to campgrounds with lean-tos and cabins, to full-scale resorts.
